PLEASE NOTE UPDATED LOCATIONS

Main Shows Friday and Saturday nights will be held at the Imperial Ballroom:  

The official Paradise Island forecast indicates strong winds this week, which will delay the building of the Dancing on the Sand stage and risk the safety of our crew. Coupled with a high probability of intermittent weekend rain, our Friday and Saturday night concerts will be relocated to The Atlantis’ incredible Imperial Ballroom to ensure all of the bands are able to perform as planned and that all of our guests have a safe and enjoyable weekend of music.

All of the other great Dancing on the Sand events are planned to continue outdoors as planned. As the forecast can change quickly in the Caribbean, we are able to pivot those venues on much shorter notice. If Mother Nature has other ideas, we too have other plans, ready and waiting to be rolled out, to give you that great weekend at Atlantis. We will be sending out further updates throughout the week and keep your eyes on www.nassauparadiseisland.com/weather for the latest.

A FEW TRIPS AND TRICKS!

Atlantis Bahamas is a cash free resort and payments at restaurants and shops are made by credit card or room charge. 

The resort has also made a water bottle promise and is eliminating the use of single use plastics! Given this, there are water refill stations located throughout the resort for you to refill your bottles and stay hydrated! 

Make sure that you pack some good walking shoes so you can explore all of the nooks and crannies of Atlantis Bahamas, from The Dig to the other marine encounters.

THURSDAY NOVEMBER 30: DAY ONE

3pm: Check in to your hotel room, then grab your gift bag and credentials for the weekend from one of our 2 Vibee Concierge locations.
5pm-6pm at Royal Deck (for our VIP, PLATINUM AND DIAMOND FRIENDS):  Enjoy the sunset at our VIP Welcome Reception on the deck.
6pm-9pm at Royal Deck:  Start the weekend right!  Join us for a Sunset Soiree Kick-off party!

11:30am – 2:30pm at Baths Colonnade Pool: Hollywood Affair Pool Party – where the stars will shine!
4pm – 5pm at Atlantis Theatre:  Lionel Richie Q&A session open to all – hear Lionel speak about his epic career.
7pm – 11:30pm at The Imperial Ballroom:  Mainstage show featuring Nile Rodgers & Chic, Vanessa Carlton, and Jake Wesley Rogers!

10am – 12noon at Café at the Great Hall of Waters (Royal Tower Lower Level) (For our Platinum & Diamond Friends and Gospel Brunch add-on Friends): Gospel Brunch featuring a Bahamian Gospel Choir
11:30am – 2:30pm at Baths Colonnade Pool:  Rewind Revue 80’s Pool Party – dress 80’s and come rock out with us!
7pm – 11:30pm MAIN EVENT AT THE IMPERIAL BALLROOM:  LIONEL RICHIE, SHERYL CROW AND MEGAN MORONEY take the stage for an intimate concert you will not want to miss!

FAQ 

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
Bright loose airy clothing is recommended for daytime. Resort and sports attire is appropriate throughout the day. Shoes and cover ups are required in the lobbies and all restaurants, lounges and public places at all times. Clothing specific for tennis should be worn on the courts. A light sweater or jacket is recommended during dry season.

PLEASE NOTE RESTAURANT DRESS CODES BELOW:

Fine Dining Restaurants:
Resort Evening Attire:  Ladies – evening attire is strongly recommended. Gentlemen – collared shirts are required. NO swim suits, shorts, athletic wear, t-shirts, ripped or frayed denim, hats, flip-flops, crocs or slippers.

Specialty Dining Restaurants:
Resort Elegant Attire:  Dress shirts or polo shirts, slacks, sundresses or skirts and similar apparel. NO shorts, jeans, tennis shoes, logo or silk-screened t-shirts.

Casual Restaurants:
Contemporary Casual Attire: T-shirts or polo shirts, shorts or jeans, skirts or sundresses and similar apparel are recommended. NO swimsuits or cut-off shorts. Shoes are required.

Pool:  Pool Attire, swim suits and similar apparel.

Is there an age requirement for this experience?
You must be at least 18+ years of age to purchase a Vibee package. You must be 18+ to purchase a package as the primary guest in your hotel room, drink alcoholic beverages, or gamble in the casino.  A primary guest may purchase additional packages for guests in their room who are under 18. Atlantis resort is open to all ages.

Can I arrive before regular hotel check-in times?
Yes! Atlantis offers guests free use of their In-Transit Hospitality Lounges which allows guests with early arrivals or late departures to shower, change and store small personal items while they continue to enjoy the resort’s amenities. Facilities include showers, lockers, restrooms, changing facilities and bathing suit dryers. For Coral guests, the Hospitality Lounges is located in the Seagrapes Tunnel Exhibit. For Royal Guests, the Hospitality Lounge is located between the East and West Wings. The Reef and Cove Lounges are located on the first floors near the elevators in each tower. If your room is ready before 4pm, you will be allowed to check in early. Our concierge team will be at the Vibee registration area starting at hotel check-in time for those wanting to pick up early.

Are food/drinks included with our hotel stay?
Atlantis Bahamas is not an all-inclusive resort. Food and drinks are not included with hotel stays. However, as a guest of the resort, you will have full signing privileges at any Atlantis restaurant or lounge.

Is there a food store?
A limited selection of groceries are available at Atlantis Sundry Shops. A wider selection is available at a food store a few blocks from the resort.

Is transportation provided between hotels/event venues?
There is no need for ground transportation – all events are on-site at Atlantis.

What is the weather like in the Bahamas?
The climate is sub-tropical, there are 2 seasons: wet and dry. Brief heavy showers are common throughout the year. They call it liquid sunshine.

Are there accessibility services available?
If you need accessibility assistance ahead of time, please reach out toVibee support and we will facilitate reasonable requests accordingly. Please note that any requests that are made within two weeks of the event dates may not be facilitated depending on the type of request.  Atlantis has ramps and elevators located throughout the resort. Atlantis also has wheelchair accessible bathrooms, entrances and restaurants. The Atlantis mobile app contains accessibility routes throughout the resort.  Friendly Atlantis staff members are also available for accessibility-related questions to ensure your comfortable stay.

What is the refund and cancellation policy?
All sales are final. There are no refunds or cancellations unless the event has been canceled or rescheduled by Vibee to a later date that you cannot attend. Please review our Terms and Conditions prior to your purchase

Is airfare included?
Vibee packages do not include airfare.
